Re: Documenting using the CD drive without the BIOS
You guys might want to try asking the Terraonion guys about it, their developer said on Discord they're willing to share their information and findings they documented during the Mega SD development.

Re: FPGA cart of a Sega CD
It functions as a flash cart too, so it essentially will replace a Mega Everdrive. I watched the premier live, and instantly ordered it the moment they showed Sonic CD running on a Sega Nomad. The developer(s) are also willing to share information and discoveries too, so hopefully that helps byuu wi...

Re: Questions on writing a new Mega CD emulator
There's widespread rumors Terraonion is about to announce/release a Sega CD ODE.
If so, day one purchase for me.

Re: Questions on writing a new Mega CD emulator
Some Genesis, Sega/Mega CD and Saturn tech manual scans got posted.
https://archive.org/details/SegaManuals
Just grab the 75MB zip file with all the scanned PDFs. Lots of interesting stuff in those manuals, hopefully some helpful stuff towards Sega CD emulation.

Re: 8BitDo 2.4G controller
I have several of these, and they work pretty well. Just make sure to upgrade the firmware on both the controller and the receiver (you have to take the receiver apart to get access to the USB port to upgrade them).
They work great with both the original Genesis hardware and the new Mega Sg.

I'm met with this message upon starting BlastEm (using clean config);
Otherwise my Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2 works fine in BlastEm.

Finally got some time to comment on this release! This emulator has really come a long way and is getting much better as time passes, great work! :D > Do you mean drag and drop? Should be easy enough to add support for. Yes, please. > It really should only capture the mouse when there's an emulated ...

Hey MoD, nice work on this emulator! Anyways, I'm getting this error when attempting to run on the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview (which is either pre-RTM or is the RTM of the Anniversary Update); http://i.imgur.com/mKTsEgN.png And... http://i.imgur.com/HAKLESN.png Looks like it's looking for/exp...

And wow, you're not kidding about DecapAttack! I took a look, and it's due to the sound driver crashing from a bug in my Z80 core on a reset. The Z80 gets stuck in a loop hammering the M68000 bus access window every second cycle, which is an expensive operation. I'll release a fix in the next versi...

Okay, posting these here as I find them... X-Men (USA): The transition sound after the Sega logo to the main title sounds correct... however if you let the demo run a few times after which will loop back to the Sega logo and title screen again the sound doesn't sound like the first time. I might hav...

Awesome work Nemesis! Noticed something though, I'm getting this in the error log when trying to load a module with TMSS enabled (without lockout); 14:15:17.141 4 - Error System Missing ModuleID, EmbeddedROMName or FilePath attribute for System.LoadEmbeddedROMData! I see why too; <System.LoadEmbedde...
